Residential Complex and Urban Park /2019

A minimalist residential compound whose form is stripped down to a residential complex’s essence: its units. Located in the busy area of Santurce, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, this residential project wraps around an urban park in an urban zone where trees are sparse. It provides spaces to walk and exercise to help promote a healthy lifestyle for its residents. Nine variations of living units were designed, each of varying angles, to form a semi-enclosed sinuous figure.
